My tire blew out because I tried to avoid a car coming into my lane hit the drain, called Gene towing and somebody showed up right of way. The accident happend at5 and by6 my tire was changed and I was on my way home.Thank you 😊

The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. She helped me find a shop nearby that we could take my car too since it was after hours. The tow truck came within 30-40 mins and was really nice as well. Definitely recommend calling these people if you need a tow!

Dispatch woman I spoke with (unsure of her name) was very polite and informative! Tow truck driver, Jo, was very professional and cool to chop it up with! Happy holidays to all the employees at Gene Robin Towing!

This is the best towing company I've ever had to deal with! They didn't charge me an arm and a leg to begin with, AND they gave us a discount when we showed up to get it! Thanks to the owners and staff for still remembering that they are human and we are too! Keep up the amazing service guys. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.P. S. All of this was on a Sunday out of business hours. 10 ⭐

The dispatcher was very helpful( my apologies for not remembering her name) and easy to talk to, especially after an accident. My driver, Ronnie, was very knowledgeable and he did an awesome job of making the safe recovery of me and my vehicle , the top priority and his one focus. Definitely will call again when needed in the future.

We had an unexpected emergency early one morning when my daughter hit a culvert and ended up in a ditch at 6:00 AM. Her car was undriveable, and as you can imagine, it was a stressful situation. Thankfully, Gene Robin’s Towing came to the rescue. Ronnie was the driver who showed up, and I can’t say enough good things about him.Ronnie was not only prompt, but also incredibly kind, professional, and calm; exactly what you need in a moment like that. He handled my daughter’s car with great care and made sure it was securely loaded and transported to the body shop. They were there within 30 min of me calling. Chance was the drivers name. Was nice and punctual. He handled the car well and even talked to the service people because he got there before my dad did.

Car broke down at the Cardiovascular Institute and they sent someone right out. Khristian was courteous, very kind, and knowledgeable about how to tow my car as it is an AWD vehicle. He dropped it off promptly at my house and followed my instructions exactly on where to leave the keys. The price was very good for a flatbed tow. I would give these guys a call again!
